Terms of Site Use

The terms that apply when you use axiomaiinsights.co.uk.

The short version

Before the detail below, here is what matters in five points.

  1. The site is operated by Axiom AI Insights Ltd. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC139464. Use of the site means you accept these Terms.
  2. You can browse, read and download content for personal or internal business reference. You can share links and quote brief extracts with attribution.
  3. You cannot scrape or harvest content at scale, disrupt the site, impersonate Axiom AI Insights, or use site content as input to train any AI model.
  4. Website content is provided for general information. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on for specific business, financial, legal or tax decisions without further review.
  5. If you buy the AXI Business Diagnostic or any other paid product through the site, our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy also apply.

These Terms of Site Use ("Terms") apply when you use axiomaiinsights.co.uk and any of its subdomains (the "Website"). They set out the basis on which we make the Website available, including what you can do on it and what you cannot.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them.

1. About us

The Website is operated by Axiom AI Insights Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17126806, registered office The Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 1SA), trading as Axiom AI Insights, the consultancy business in the Axiom AI Group.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Our ICO registration reference for Axiom AI Insights Ltd is ZC139464. Our Group-level registration (ZC127736) remains in place for Group-level processing.

2. The agreement

2.1 These Terms form the agreement between you and us when you use the Website.

2.2 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms in force when you use the Website is the version that applies to that use.

3. What you can do on the Website

3.1 You may browse, read and download Website content for your personal or internal business reference.

3.2 You may share links to Website pages.

3.3 You may quote brief extracts of Website content, with attribution to "Axiom AI Insights" and a link back to the source page.

4. What you cannot do on the Website

4.1 You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of any third party.

4.2 You may not scrape, harvest, systematically download or otherwise extract content from the Website at scale, whether manually or by automated means.

4.3 You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the availability of the Website, including by transmitting viruses, worms or other harmful code, or by carrying out any form of denial-of-service or intrusion attempt.

4.4 You may not impersonate Axiom AI Insights, any member of our team or any of our affiliates.

4.5 You may not use the Website content, or any material accessed through the Website, as input to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, dataset or service.

4.6 If you receive an AXI deliverable (such as the AXI Quick Scan or the AXI Business Diagnostic) through the Website, what you can and cannot do with it is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies in addition to these Terms.

5. Content disclaimer

5.1 Website content (including blog posts, articles, free guides and sample reports) is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied on for any specific business, financial, legal, tax or other decision without further review.

5.2 We use reasonable care in preparing Website content but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date for your particular circumstances.

5.3 Where you act on Website content, you do so on your own judgment.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout, code and any reports made available through the Website) is owned by Axiom AI Group or licensed to us by third parties.

6.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and download Website content for the purposes set out in clause 3.

6.3 You may not republish, reproduce or commercially exploit Website content beyond the rights granted in clause 3 without our written permission.

6.4 "Axiom AI Insights", "Axiom AI Group", "AXI Quick Scan", "AXI Business Diagnostic", "AXI Strategy Diagnostic", "AXI Strategy Report", "AXI Advisory" and "AI Governance Register" are names used by us in trade. We assert trade-mark rights in these names whether or not they are formally registered.

7. Third-party links

7.1 The Website may link to third-party websites. We provide links for convenience only.

7.2 We do not control or endorse the content of third-party websites. We are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.

8. Privacy

8.1 How we handle personal data collected through the Website is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

8.2 If you purchase the AXI Business Diagnostic or any other paid product through the Website, our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy also apply.

9. Availability

9.1 We make the Website available on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be available without interruption, that errors will be corrected on any particular timescale, or that the Website will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 We may suspend, withdraw or change the Website without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 Subject to clause 10.2, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or any reliance you place on Website content. This includes indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business or anticipated savings.

10.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10.3 Where you have purchased an AXI product through the Website, the liability cap in our Terms of Sale governs liability for that product. Nothing in these Terms displaces that arrangement.

11. General

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, save that we may bring proceedings against you in any jurisdiction in which you are domiciled to enforce our intellectual property rights.

11.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

11.4 No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms operates as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

11.5 These Terms do not create rights for any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
