About
Strategy and AI consultancy for small and medium businesses.
We are a strategy and AI consultancy for small and medium businesses. We work with you to understand your business priorities and strategy first, then where AI can help. Whether it’s automating processes, improving market intelligence or finding another route to your goals, we advise on what will work best.
We also build. Our bespoke AI agents work alongside your existing systems and we are developing our own range of products powered by our own AI engine.

A word from our founder
I founded Axiom AI Insights because I enjoy working with people, applying creative thinking to hard problems and building my own technology. Artificial Intelligence (AI) today offers opportunities for businesses that, not long ago, were impossible or too expensive.
My career started almost 20 years ago at Northern Rock, where I began a two-year placement as part of my Corporate Management degree at Northumbria University, a couple of months before the infamous 2007 ‘run on the bank’. In 2012 I joined KPMG’s management consulting business and qualified as a chartered accountant. There I worked with scores of businesses across many sectors, learning how they really operate, their common problems, governance and control, data and reporting, people and culture.
So I understand businesses. Consulting set a very high bar for standards and quality, and it rose higher when I began managing the CEO’s office at Northern Powergrid, a large, highly regulated energy company. Working for the Chief Executive and across the executive team over nine years I delivered large-scale programmes and change and deepened my understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
I understand data. I can code to a decent level, and my wider knowledge is grounded in Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK) concepts and the rigour it takes to pass the scrutiny of external and internal auditors.
And I understand AI. I’ve followed it closely for years, building my own agents and applications, then helping others to understand what it is and what it could do for them (my mum included).
The biggest step you can take is truly understanding what AI is, seeing the possibilities and then capitalising on it in a way that is right for you and your business.

P.S. I did write this myself, not my AI. That’s why it’s so long…
